School Absence Announcement
Students returning from a school absence must have a written note/email/doctor note submitted to the school’s Attendance Secretary or Skyward within three days. Parents may submit up to five parent notes per semester.
Driver's License Forms
To obtain a driver’s permit or license in Tennessee, students must provide a Compulsory Attendance Form from their school. In order to receive a certified Compulsory Attendance Form, students must be in good standing with our attendance policy.
Contact the Attendance Secretary at your school to request a form. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed.
Please note that the completed Compulsory Attendance Form cannot be sent electronically. It must be picked up at your school. The form expires 30 days from the time it is filled out and signed by school staff.
