Ms. Goad began her career as a School Counselor in 2002, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role, including her past work as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in private practice.
She lives on a historic Century Farm with her son, Carter, who attends Tucker's Crossroads. For several years, Ms. Goad lived in Montana working for a pediatric and young adult oncology camp; her heart remains deeply connected to the state, and she still returns to visit as often as she can.
In her free time, she loves embracing the great outdoors and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Ms. Cromer earned a Bachelor's in Education from Cumberland University before graduating from the University of West Alabama with a Master's in School Counseling.
Ms. Cromer has been a school counselor since 2011 and in education since 1999. She is passionate about building relationships with students and families, along with helping them develop a plan to become successful adults.
Ms. Cromer has two children and 2 dogs. Outside of spending time with her family, she enjoys being involved in the community, serving on the City Council, Chamber of Commerce, and on the Board for the Watertown Railroad Museum, and attending high school sporting events.
