The Tennessee Department of Education requires all virtual schools to be monitored each year. The Barry Tatum Virtual Learning Academy has been found to meet all expectations set forth by the Tennessee Department of Education.

Students currently enrolled in statewide dual credit courses will take their SDC Exam at the WCS ATC (415 Harding Drive, Lebanon) on Dec 10 (SDC American History).

Students currently enrolled in a yearlong Algebra course will take their district Te21 benchmark assessment at the WCS ATC (415 Harding Drive, Lebanon) on Monday, Dec 16th.

Final exams will be given in non-EOC and non-SDC courses for 10% of the final grade on Thursday, Dec 19 for 1st and 2nd block classes and on Friday, Dec 20 for 3rd and 4th block classes. Final exams are given virtually in Zoom classes.

Graduation ceremony for the BTVLA Class of 2024 will be held on Tuesday, May 13 at 6:00pm at the Farm Bureau Expo Center.

Barry Tatum Virtual students are invited to our annual Boo Bash event and awards day on Thursday, October 31st at the ATC (415 Harding Drive).
We will have music, games, crafts, and other activities in addition to providing pizza lunch.

Seniors will take the ACT exam in-person and free of charge at the WCS ATC (415 Harding Drive in Lebanon) on Tuesday, October 29. Students must arrive by 8:15 a.m. Testing will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m and conclude by 12:30 p.m.
