Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences for Barry Tatum Virtual Learning Academy will be held on Tuesday, March 4 from 3pm to 6pm. Conferences will be scheduled and held virtually with teachers.

Students in grades 6 - 8 will take their district Te21 benchmark assessments at the WCS ATC (415 Harding Drive, Lebanon) on the following days:
- English Language Arts Monday, March 3 (Arrive by 8:15am, Testing 8:30am - 11:15am)
- Math Tuesday, March 4 (Arrive by 8:15am, Testing 8:30am - 10:45am)
- Science and Social Studies Thursday, March 6 (Arrive by 8:15am, Testing 8:30am - 11:45am)
Students must bring their Chromebook, charger, and calculator for testing.

Students currently enrolled in Biology, English 1, English 2, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, or Geometry course will take their district Te21 benchmark assessments at the WCS ATC (415 Harding Drive, Lebanon) on the following days:
- English 1 & 2 Monday, March 3 (Arrive by 8:15am, Testing 8:30am - 11:15am)
- Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry Wednesday, March 5 (Arrive by 8:15am, Testing 8:30am - 10:30am)
- Biology Wednesday, March 5 (Arrive by 10:30am, Testing 10:45am - 11:45am)

Graduation ceremony for the BTVLA Class of 2024 will be held on Tuesday, May 13 at 6:00pm at the Farm Bureau Expo Center.

Barry Tatum Virtual students are invited to our annual Sweetheart Social event and awards day on Thursday, February 13th at the ATC (415 Harding Drive).
We will have music, games, crafts, and other activities in addition to providing pizza lunch.

The Tennessee Department of Education requires all virtual schools to be monitored each year. The Barry Tatum Virtual Learning Academy has been found to meet all expectations set forth by the Tennessee Department of Education.
