Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences for Barry Tatum Virtual Learning Academy will be held on Thursday, February 12 from 3pm to 6pm. Conferences will be scheduled and held virtually with teachers. Look for information sent from your child's teacher!
Barry Tatum Virtual students are invited to our annual Sweetheart Social event and awards day on Friday, February 13th at the ATC (415 Harding Drive).
We will have music, games, crafts, and other activities in addition to providing pizza lunch.
Juniors will take the ACT exam in-person and free of charge at the WCS ATC (415 Harding Drive in Lebanon) on Wednesday, April 8. Students must arrive by 7:45 a.m. Testing will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m and conclude by 12:30 p.m.
Students currently enrolled in a yearlong Algebra course will take their district Te21 benchmark assessment at the WCS ATC (415 Harding Drive, Lebanon) on the following days:
- Algebra 2 - Friday, December 12
- Algebra 1 & Algebra 2 Small Group - Monday, December 15
Students must arrive by 7:45 a.m. to the Event Entrance and bring their Chromebook, charger, and calculator for testing.
Additional information has been emailed to parents and guardians.
